Request a quote for your vehicle and submit your vehicle details on DamagedCars.com. The more detailed and accurate the info, the more accurate your vehicle's quote will be.

Be sure to input valid contact info. Without valid contact info, we can't call you to purchase your damaged, salvage or junk car.

Once you submit a request for an offer, a DamagedCars.com representative will contact you.

A representative will contact you for more information about your vehicle and give you an offer. You can also accept your offer over the phone. Some vehicles get instant online offers. You can accept those offers right through the DamagedCars.com website. All of our offers are guaranteed and never an "up-to" offer.

An offer from DamagedCars.com is based on your car's current market value, the extent of damage or mechanical & electrical problems, any photos you send to us and the vehicles year, make, model, trim and mileage.

For some cars we request a scan of your signed title. This is only used to verify the name and address of the vehicle’s owner and it's signed in the right place. We also ask for a scan of the owner’s driver’s license to verify your name and signature matches the title. Only a vehicle’s legal owner can sign the title and sell the vehicle.

We only need to verify your name, address and signature with your license. You can cross everything else out for your privacy. For your title, we only require a scan which is not usable in any way to transfer ownership of your vehicle.

For other cars (which are generally older vehicles), a member of the DamagedCars.com network will verify title and ownership before delivering payment and picking up the car.

Once you accept an offer and any necessary vehicle ownership verification is done, we will work with you to schedule a pick up of your vehicle.

DamagedCars.com uses a nationwide network of local service providers to pick up your damaged, salvage or junk car.

All of our service providers are fully licensed and insured for both your safety and theirs.

Most vehicles are picked up between 24 to 48 hours after you accept our offer. Sometimes vehicles can take a little longer to pick up under certain situations, like holidays and weekends.

In all cases, DamagedCars.com strives to schedule your car for pick up in a convenient and timely manner.

Step 5:

Once your vehicle is scheduled for pick up, a service provider local to your area will be dispatched to pick up your vehicle. Unless previous arrangements have already been made with DamagedCars.com, please make sure you're near the phone for which we have the number in order for the service provider to be able to contact you.

If they can't reach you, they may not be able to pick up your car and give you your check. Before the service provider arrives, be sure to have your title properly signed and have it available. We can't pick up your car without a signed title. Also, before pick-up, be sure to remove any personal items and the license plate from your vehicle.

Once the service provider verifies that the title is signed in the proper places by the car's legal owner, they will give you your check on the spot. DamagedCars.com only pays in cashier's check or locally issued corporate check. We don't pay in cash for your safety and the safety of our service providers.

Congratulations! You just sold your car to DamagedCars.com. The after you receive your check, the DamagedCars.com service provider will tow away your damaged, salvage or junk car.
